When I first applied at Calysta, I wondered if I would really belong with jurists or engineers, chemists, scientific people. Then I realized that they wanted that diversity. They don’t want one categorie of people, but a diversity of people with different backgrounds so that everyone can help each other. Because that’s how life works too: together we can share our knowledge and make it work to grow and keep on going. So that’s what made me choose Calysta: together in diversity, with our knowledge, whether it is literary, laws, scientific or some other branch related, we can make a growth and make a better team.

The value that was crucial for me in a work environment is the diversity. The diversity of a team is what makes it more efficient, more creative, more flexible, more authentic, and so on. The more people there is, the more you can exchange with them and have more advice or discussions to know what is best for you. And that is exactly what Calysta offers. It makes it also challenging, but in a good way since you can exchange opinions and then make them complementary. The diversity in Calysta allow us to be better and work smarter: engineers, jurists, literary & economics persons, ITs or people with some other background work together to treat the cases the best they can and give it all for their clients. Because the diversity of clients is also an important part of Calysta: they do not judge you, but give their honest opinion to improve your idea(s), for your sake only and not theirs. Whatever your idea is, you are always welcome here.

Diversity is one of the key values in life according to me. Whether it is in your circle of friends or in your family, you have to accept people for who they are and where they come from. Everyone is different and that’s what can be so fun, challenging and enriching with social interactions. If every person was the same and everyone was always thinking the same, life would be so much more boring!
