Curiosity is, for me, one of the essential elements in a job. Being curious about how things unfold in the company you choose, being curious about what you’ll face every day. If a place doesn’t spark that curiosity, then it’s generally not the right place for me. And Calysta strongly evokes that! That’s why I chose to work there.

For me, helping the client is about putting yourself in their shoes, asking how they do things and what they want to achieve. Being curious means trying to find the best ways to help them and looking for multiple solutions.

I am a curious person in general; I want to know how everything works, discover as much as possible, and learn as much as I can.
