Calysta gives you a lot of autonomy. You have the independence and freedom to do your own thing and do it well, as long as the work is done timely and correctly. This is something I value deeply, as I am also a person who likes to make her own plan and set her own priorities. It’s important to me that autonomy is valued and respected, because I believe it is also a way of empowering employees and clients.
Being autonomous, and in turn giving your clients the needed autonomy, builds trust and rapport. By nurturing a sense of independence and ownership in their lives, clients can implement sustainable changes and confidently overcome challenges.
As someone who likes to think outside of the box and live life on my own terms, I think being autonomous is a key part of my identity. I like to do my own thing, make my own rules and it’s caused me to have some amazing experiences I would’ve otherwise never had. In my opinion, autonomy is also part of a growing process, it’s how you learn to be independent and take care of yourself and it challenges you to be unique.
