This update has no consequences for existing trademark registrations, as they will remain in the old (NC12) class.<\/p>\n<p><em>\ud83d\udce2<\/em><em> WATCHING FOR YOUNGER TRADEMARK APPLICATIONS: adjustment of monitoring strategy recommended -&gt; This does have an impact on the monitoring strategy, because for a new (eyewear) trademark (old NCL class 9), Trademark watching against younger trademark applications in the (new) class 10 is now recommended.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\ud83d\udd0e<\/em><em> SEARCHING FOR OLDER TRADEMARK REGISTRATIONS: adjustment of research strategy needed -&gt; Deze update heeft geen gevolgen voor bestaande merkregistraties, want deze blijven in de oude (NC12) klasse.<\/p>\n<p><em>\ud83d\udce2<\/em><em> BEWAKING TEGEN JONGERE MERKEN: aanpassing bewakingstrategie &#8211; Dit heeft wel impact op de bewaking, want voor een nieuw (brillen)merk (oude klasse 9) is voortaan een merkbewaking tegen jongere merkdepots in de (nieuwe) klasse 10 aangewezen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\ud83d\udd0e<\/em><em> ONDERZOEK NAAR OUDERE MERKEN : aanpassing onderzoekstrategie &#8211;
